- Special Considerations: Risks with prior claims, cancellations, or declines are considered subject to our underwriter review.
- Demolition-ready Buildings: Buildings that are pending demolition are considered, but on a wreckage value basis.
- Rented Dwellings on farm land: Farming by others will be acceptable so long as they carry liability for the farming operations.
